Ho’-Kee-Melh Kloshe Lum, meaning "to gather in good spirits", is an Indigenous-focused housing project comprising 87 affordable rental homes, 56 market rental homes, 25 supportive homes, 80 shelter beds, and two social enterprise spaces. This 15-story tower was delivered in partnership with BC Housing, the City of Vancouver, and the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre Society, providing vital community support.
